Reflection:

Brainstorm opportunities within your organization or your life where you can donate your time to gain knowledge and experience in a role that looks like what you want to secure in the future. Many examples were given during the video. You can use these or come up with your own. However, as you reach out to your current supervisor to get permission to complete the activities that you come up with, ask them for their ideas as well. This does two important things for you: 1. It let's them know that you are aspiring to do something in leadership in the future, and 2. It brings them and their ideas on your journey with you.
